This series empowers participants to identify and address quality issues effectively. Combining theory with hands-on application, participants will learn and apply tools to scope their quality issue, engage stakeholders, understand systems, test change ideas, and sustain improvements.

Participants will identify a quality issue within their sphere of influence and apply tools like process mapping, fishbone diagrams, Pareto analysis, and PDSA cycles to test and refine change ideas. By the end of the series, participants will craft a compelling story and spread plan based on effective changes.
