We often find ourselves juggling competing priorities, with one aspect taking centre stage while others linger in the background. In this course, I’ll guide you through a process of reflection, evaluation, and system-building to promote balance. The aim is to align your expectations with your values, interests, and what’s realistically achievable.

Explore different aspects of your life using the Circle of Life tool, defining what each means to you and identifying areas for improvement.
Examine insights from various quality of life assessments and engage in discussions about their implications.
Define what balance signifies in your life.
Employ practical strategies, concepts, and exercises to achieve balance across different aspects of your life, ultimately enhancing satisfaction while reducing stress and frustration.
